Spring will come...

Oregon has rather mild winters.  We just harvested the last of our brussel sprouts from the front garden.  I live in the Willamette valley, and we don't get much more than rain - but plenty of it.  Johnson Creek was up 8ft just the other day!

My Happiest Place on Earth

Oregon  has always been where I wanted to be. From the waterfalls of the Columbia River Gorge to the rivers and valleys in Mt. Hood National Forest, getting outdoors is just a short drive from here.  Portland has a very diverse history and cultured heritage, with plenty to see and do.  Come out here and visit us some time, we'll see the best of the city and the country!
